Venezuela 2008
The Berean Bible Church Youth Group sent several students and youth leaders to Venezuela to minister to children while they were in their school sessions. There is no separation of Church and State in Venezuela, so when Berean youth leader, Theresa Perrone's friends Nilka, an English teacher and Gaby, a French teacher, invited them to present Christian programs to their students, they eagerly agreed.

They lined up students in their classrooms to bring them to their evangelistic assemblies. |

They traveled to the Palafitos, a community built on the water. There they presented a children’s program at a church made entirely of branches and palm leaves. |
