Berean Bible Church

My wife Michelle, and our two children Laura and Seth attend Berean.  I have since I was born, as my Mother and Grandparents are charter members.  I am currently a bass player on the worship team, head sound tech, and am teaching an adult sunday school class.  I am a lumber inspector and sawyer at A. D. Bowman and Son lumber company.

Have lived in Greene 3 1/2 years now up on Hartman Hill Rd. with my wife Barbara and son Mathew ( 17yrs old ) . Relocated from NJ and working in NYC. Have an older son Justin ( 24yrs old ) that resides in NJ. We are loving the rural lifestyle , busying our off hours raising alpacas,llama , goats and chickens. If anyone with children or grandchildren would be interested in visiting so they could hand feed the animals just let me know.

We have been attending Berean Bible Church probably over two years. I enjoy the sense of community , the amount of activities and the focus of ever growing outreach ministries that the church provides. I also appreciate the amount of time and teaching that is devoted to every weeks sermon , much different than my past experiences with other churches I've attended.

 I was Born and raised on the South side of Binghamton, I Left New york in 1978 to New Mexico and joined the U.S.Airforce.  After getting out of the service, I started working on my dream of being a truck driver. After going to the school of o.j.t. and hard knocks  in the Texas oilfeilds, I started hauling Hasmat liquids nationwide. God took care of me on the road from then till now (28yrs).  At the age of twelve I started playing guitar.  I was inspired by John Denver music. The songs of love and lonelyness, happyness and sadness always seem to shadow me in the events that were happining in my youth. I was always wondering if this was GOD'S way of speaking to me since I did not spend time in the church, but always knew in my heart that GOD is forever watching over me. Been married twice. Kelly was an answer from GOD to me.  And Noah, our  9 year old fireball was another gift.  I pray that GOD will raise him for us, because Kel and I are only human. 

 People seem surprised when I tell them that JESUS is my Savior and I have no doubts of the here-after.  I know that GOD is real, I pray that they would come to know that as well.  May the Lord watch over me and keep me strong to boast of my King.
